She brings a unique sense of humor and personal touch to every piece she writes.  Janna is excited to be able to work full-time doing what she loves most.

Jean Newsome - Dating

Jean Newsome was born in a small town in Ohio, October 1977 and raised in an even smaller town in Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University for two years and moved to North Carolina in her early twenties where she attended Fayetteville State University for a little under a year. Still in North Carolina, she resides with her two adorable daughters and their father & love of her life. She never finished school and realized that if she did, she’d be fulfilling someone else’s dream, not sure whose dream, but not hers.

She has always wanted to dabble a bit in writing, but never had the courage to pursue the craft as a career. She figured that freelance writing would be a great way to see if she had what it takes and satisfy the need to be creative at the same time. She’s conducted a few interviews with some music personalities that turned out really great; however, the online magazine did not continue. So, when the opportunity arose to write articles for Femme VIP, she was very excited. So, here she is!

In her spare time, if you can call it that, she exercises; Jean Newsome loves music and movies and hopes to start learning the guitar very soon. In the meantime, she works full-time, takes care of her family and hopes to be a great addition to this writing team.
